Please note: If you are paying by credit card – please register online with your credit card. MHCA will receive a copy of the online payment and the registration form. If you send in the registration form with credit card information on it, please note that MHCA will be processing the payment online and not manually. Your receipt will be emailed through the website. Register online (below) – remember you can only register online if using a credit card.
