Register to attend one of these two 2026 MHCA Area Meetings for great networking and beneficial education.
Presentations to include:
Sarah Miller, Quality Improvement Consultant for the CMS QIO for Mississippi, Health Quality Innovators, will share helpful information and resources on Falls & Antipsychotics as well as utilizing QAPI to improve and track your focus areas.
Brittany Fowler, PharmD, MSDH Antimicrobial Resistance and Antibiotic Stewardship Director, will review and share updates on infection control and antibiotic stewardship specific to nursing homes.
Angela Carpenter, MSDH Director of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification, will provide survey updates and discuss hot topics related to survey trends and share how to write an acceptable plan of correction
