MSS is seeking candidates for the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Traceway Retirement Community The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and character that align with our core values: Servant Ministry, the Dignity of Elders, Compassion for Those We Serve, Operational Excellence, and Innovative Service.

Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity in a nursing home or other senior living community. Strong supervisory skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Experience with budget preparation and strategic planning also required. The skilled nursing facility has 140 elders and over 200 employees. This Traceway campus boasts the first HUD housing in the State for seniors, the first Green House Home in the nation, and is now the base for a new service, NextAge.
