Course Description: This webinar will focus on the Staffing component of Nursing Home Compare’s 5-Star Rating System. You will learn how the staffing rating is calculated and how it impacts your overall 5-Star rating. Tips on how to analyze your data and develop plans to achieve 5-Star status will be discussed, along with application of the elements of QAPI to improve facility 5-Star Ratings and improve staff retention.
