Published by: Elly Cabral

Overview:

It is not uncommon to have stressful periods in our lives that may become overwhelming, a key to feeling better is to use personal wellness strategies to learn to cope with the stressors in our lives.  Healthcare challenges have only increased in the wake of a global pandemic and employees experiencing high levels of stress are in danger of burnout.  In order to combat poor employee retention and create a healthier workplace, individuals must learn to identify and deal with both personal and professional stress in healthy ways.  This presentation will help participants identify workplace and personal stressors that are potentially dangerous to their health and how to take control of their personal wellness.

Objectives:

  1. Participants will identify personal and professional stressors
  2. Participants will learn about their locus of control and apply to current stressors
