Course Description

This session of the PDPM Master Class Series will focus on critical patient outcomes monitoring and recommended measures of quality assurance for PDPM.  A review of Key Performance Indicators and strategies for data collection, monitoring and applying outcome measures to drive continual quality assurance will be discussed. Examples of business intelligence reporting and implications for operations will be included.

  2. Develop skills in implementing PDPM outcomes reporting systems in the facility

10 mins Closing remarks and questions
