To register for MHCA education events with payment by credit card, utilize the online registration option on the Event & Education Calendar.  

To register for education events with payment by check, please download and complete the PDF registration flyer for the event.

Email completed registration flyer ASAP to: Memberservices@mshca.com

Then, mail the payment check with a copy of the registration form to:
